  • I had a groupon for a shellac mani and regular pedi. The girl who did my nails was nice, and I enjoyed talking to her, but my manicure is awful. She hurt my cuticles--ripped them off roughly--and the polish application is the sloppiest I've ever seen. If I hadn't been on a 2 hour break from work I would have asked for it to be redone, but I had no time. Also, it shouldn't have been this bad in the first place...the fact that the manicurist is ok with letting me leave like this (she can see her work!) demonstrates that quality is lacking here. Moreover, the cleanliness of this salon is very questionable, so I didn't want to spend any more time in there. Tools are thrown in a glass of sterilizing liquid, but the towel I placed my hands on during my mani was ripped and stained and the station was dirty.
