  • Today was the second time that I asked Simple Electric to assist me with a matter. The first time, Jim did an absolutely phenomenal job quickly diagnosing the issues and resolving them. I couldn't be happier. Today, I called Simple Electric and informed them of another minor issue that I had. Even though all of the technicians were booked for today, I still made an appointment for next week and requested that if a technician did become available today or tomorrow, I would be happy to see him / her today. An hour later, Katie called me back and had a technician on his way over. When Mike arrived, he quickly got down to the bottom of the issue and helped me a learn a little more about my house. Simple Electric will definitely do right by you.
