Was here for lunch in the afternoon. Food here is fine and good in terms of pub food standard but service is terrible. You can tell that management of the servers is not well done. The blonde curly, puffy-haired server asked for our drink and we wanted water. My dad has diabetes and has a diet that he has to follow which meant restriction on sugar and alcohol. However when I tried to find the server when I was lost in finding the washroom I heard her say that her new table was "cheap and just wanted water". I was very offended at that point; if she has no knowledge of what medical conditions her customers are going through and saying something like that is extremely unprofessional and rude. It was very fortunate that only I had heard it, I can't imagine how much it would upset my dad if he had heard it. However we stayed and ate and even tipped since I just can't bring myself to upset my dad and that she didn't say it to our face. However I know that I will never come back to this place again. A server needs to be a proper human being with basic etiquette before she can serve people. And I did not feel like I received the most basic respect here.
