  • Soooo, my car ('13 Audi) had a leak and was loosing coolant fast. I took it in to Audi cuz they said I was covered on my 4 year warranty, but once I got to Audi in Henderson to have the service done they notified me that my actual mileage was over my 4year/50k mileage warranty, cuz I am at 53k miles (ugh!). So, I had them perform my 45k mile service to find out exactly what was wrong and then I can decide what to do from there. They notified me today that I need a new water pump @$1300. I asked Ben my service rep if there was anything they could do to lower that cost since I'm just barely above my warranty, and surprisingly he was able to get 70% off for me! Great news! So service department then proceeds to follow the good news with more bad news and let's me know that while rotating my tires they find a cross threaded lug stud on my rear hub, and it's will be $750 to replace. They said I should call the place I had my tires put on and have them pay the bill to replace it since they're the ones that damaged it when putting my tires on. So I did, and without a blink of an eye they pointed the blame right back at Audi of course, saying since Audi is now the last person to work on my car that it's their fault, blah blah blah. So now I'm stuck here in the middle with a $750 bill for a new hub, wtf!? After a lot of bs back and forth between Audi and the tire place, Audi's service manager Brice went above and beyond his duties, he felt like I should not be the one paying for the cost of this new hub (which is right). So he called the tire place where I had my new tires put on and talked with the manager there, and between the 2 of them they struck up a deal to cover the cost of my new hub so that I would not have to pay anything out of pocket for it. Audi/Lamborghini in Henderson is truly all about great customer service and making their customers happy, and I want to thank them very much for taking care of me! Ben Stauffer my service rep, and Brice McNeely the service manager really stepped up to the plate on these issues today and I could not be any happier with how I was treated and with their customer support and service! Top Notch! Thank you very much to Ben and Brice, they truly showed me what excellent customer service looks like today! I will be an Audi customer for life!
