  • First time visiting this location. Just moved to this area so of course my daughters wanted to go and one has Birthday money to spend. I won't be back to this location. The other location in Charlotte at Ikea is super nice always helped my girls pick out the correct eyeshadow and blush. This location, unhelpful very unfriendly. Not one employee helped us, they were too busy yapping with each other. One daughter needed a price on tarte blush so she had to go hunt someone down. After oh, 15 min m, I get an employee to walk her butt over and tell me I can't have a Whole Food buggy in the store. I told her they don't have any buggies. Of course she doesn't care about that fact. I left my stroller in our mountain house so I thought, why not use the same buggy i used at Whole Fiods!? I mean really He's 1yo and a handful I cannot let him run all over the store now can I? How can a mom shop chasing a kid? And my daughter left without getting the makeup she wanted. Now I have to find another store and by that I mean a non ulta store, that sells the makeup she wanted for her Birthday. Very disappointed in this store! Money is money regardless of a buggy but this store won't get mine! And Thanks horrible lady for not allowing us to shop for my daughters 13th Birthday!
