| - It was my first time in a Cox store. I was not greeted when I walked in. There were 4 employees behind the counter and one on the floor. There were 4 people ahead of me who were called up by name, which I did not understand. But I wasn't worried, only one other lady had walked in after me, who'd not been greeted either, and we sat scowling at how long they took to help each customer.
I know they are probably trying to give personalized service to each guest, including walking them to the door *eye roll,* but if that means making them wait 30 minutes beforehand, that's ridiculous.
So I'd already been waiting about 25 minutes when a kid and his girlfriend walked in and were greeted immediately, name taken and everything. And he was seen next. After waiting all of 5 minutes. To the dismay of the other woman and I.
This name taking BS only works if you take everyone's name. I walked out. I'm a very busy women and this annoyed me greatly. The employees were in no hurry to get everyone assisted, one of them just stood staring at a computer, probably the store manager. All 5 of them saw what order the 3 of us walked in, yet called the kid who just entered the store?!
Bye.
