Compared to all the other service shops I've been to, I didn't feel as taken advantage as I normally do...but had signed up for the $30 for 115k service w/ synthetic oil online (which was surprisingly cheaper than the conventional of $67...see screenshot attached) and then when I got there the guy said that I should really be going with the more conventional service that had been done to my car during the last visit at Right Toyota in Scottsdale. I just said fine since I really needed to hop on the wifi to get some work done but in retrospect, I should have definitely inquired about why the synthetic cost less if it's technically better for my car...
They had this cool-sounding special to get a mani, pedi, haircut, or massage free while you wait, but I had so much work to do I never got around to trying it. The little salons did seem a bit cramped and I'm not sure if any of the services would be up to par with typical standards of the places I frequent for those services, but it was definitley a nice sentiment.
I was glad they had wifi tons of seating and clean bathrooms, but it would have been nice for some part of the giant waiting lounge to not have music/tv playing in the background (for customers trying to get work done and who need to be on the phone).
Overall, not bad -- which I think is pretty much the best you can ask for in this industry.
