  • I had no idea about Panacea until I visited their booth at the Toronto Vegetarian Food Fair this past weekend, but when I stopped in, I almost couldn't move. I thought, "What is this, heaven?" As Siue said, and I honestly couldn't say it better, label reading-free shopping experience! Panacea is vegan, organic, and fair trade! This is seriously vegan shopping paradise. Panacea has more than groceries, though. Books, health & beauty, clothings, accessories, and more. As of right now, this is the only vegan grocery store in Toronto. I'm not sure what else to say about it because really, if you're a vegan, that's all you need to know. Thank you, Panacea!
