  • I called for emergency service due to a water leak and the water being turned off to the whole house late at night. The lady wouldn't even tell me if they have anyone available in my area without me giving out all my personal information and full life story. That is crazy, either you know where your trucks are and what they schedule is, or you don't. When a person is calling late a night for a plumber they need someone right away and don't want to waste any time. I had already been through several plumbers by now and I mentioned that and still I have to waste 15 minutes giving her a lot of personal details before she is willing to tell me if she can even help. Worthless emergency service. I should be able to give you cross streets and find out if they can send someone out soon and if so when. Otherwise no time to waste and just move on to the next plumber on the list as there are 100's of them.
