Your surroundings influence you to buy things. I believe this to be true. If you're looking through clothes in a well organized, clean, orderly fashioned store you'll feel better about the items you're looking at.
But when I'm in a store that is completely unorganized and racks that are so full there are hangers and clothing items sticking out in every direction, I don't want to shop there.
Nobody has welcomed me when I've come in, and I see maybe 1 employee on the floor doing productive things. Sometimes there's an employee at the dressing rooms, sometimes there's not.
I've had a good experience at check out most of the times. The employees are for the most part really nice when I'm checking out. But when nobody is at checkout they're all just standing around talking or doing nothing.
They always have awesome music on, though. Which is cool.
Overall I'm beginning to not like f21 anymore because the clothes are getting too kid-like but that has nothing to do with this store in particular. Regardless I'll continue to come here because it's closest to my house.
