  • Awful service among mistakes made in accounting department. I joined Lifetime Fitness in Tempe a couple of months ago to mainly take yoga classes. My two step children are also enrolled in the summer program offered. Incorrect large charges were made to my account after I clearly communicated to not have my kid's summer program charged under my membership and where the charges should be allocated. The mistake was still made and I am on day 3 of waiting for nearly $500 of incorrect charges to be reversed. I ended up cancelling my membership altogether because of other debacles prior to this but the general attitude of the associates I spoke with almost made me feel like I was at fault. Glad to be done with them!
