Exact experience as Frances W. Upon move-in, they replaced the water heater, garbage disposal, and were very responsive to repairs; however, upon agreeing to terminating the lease one month early, they essentially kept our deposit. Out of security deposit and cleaning fee, they returned a measly $23 out of $1400. They installed poor very quality blinds, carpet (nails protruding from stair carpet), and charged for $645 for painting touch-up for all rooms and closets!! Completely unreasonable to expect a renter to restore the house to "completely new" condition. Joseph, property manager, had the nerve to tell me to sue him when I questioned these expenses. RENTER BEWARE OF BROKERS REALTY!!!
