  • Just bought my first set of real couches and from customer service, to checking out & the delivery - I was really pleased with the company overall. The people who helped me along the way and explained the details of my purchase to me were informative as well as personable. Only giving four stars because when I first walked in the door I felt a little bombarded by agents trying to assist me. I get why that approach happens. I am just the type of shopper who would rather look around first, find something that suits me and then get assistance with the product. I'd rather feel like a welcomed customer than part of a sales quota. I would recommend this place to friends or family or whomever may read this post & is looking for quality furniture.
