  • I called for a 10:30PM cab, which showed up at 10:05. I told the dispatcher that I wouldn't be ready until 10:30, and she asked "ok, when can you be ready?" Ummmm... 10:30, when I called the cab for. She put me on hold and came back with, "I'm sorry, we are not going to be servicing your area tonight" (cab sitting out front of my house). It was downright bizarre! I called Deluxe, who said a cab would be here at 10:30 easy as that.
