I came in for a soccer setup for my daughter. They had the set, and at a decent price... $35. Then we needed socks... They had a small rack of socks next to the soccer stuff that was pretty picked through. I didn't find my daughters size so I approached the register. I asked the young lady if there were any other soccer socks in the building, and she says no. I said "can you just check?" She's says there aren't any. I ask again, "can you just run the number for the pair I need?" Again she says, there aren't any and wouldn't look. Unable to comprehend that a store this large has just 13 Pairs of socks in stock, I walk around to check for myself... I walk 100 feet past the soccer section into the shoe section, and bam... There are literally hundreds of different youth socks, and in any color under the rainbow. Are you telling me this girl didn't know this?? I had to find them on my own. Where the h&@l is any customer service anymore? Ugh. I grab the pair I need and walk up and tell her I found a bunch... And she just shrugs it off like we didn't just have this conversation. Wanted to make a scene and ask for a manager, but will just take my business elsewhere. Useless, lazy Millennials are WHY people are shopping online. TRAIN these people to give a shit or you will go the way of Circuit City.
