  • they kept telling me longer and longer until my computer was done.. put in a new hard drive and were supposed to put all the old data on it.. most of the data is not on it.. this is what i paid $300 + for.. if i wanted to simply put in a new hard drive i would've done it myself. dont take your computer here. i did because i figured it would be quicker than dealing with myself... instead they kept my computer for almost a week, didnt do what they said they would, and charged me for it anyways.
