  • I've wanted to try this place for quite sometime. However, with poor Yelp reviews and a discouraging word from my parents that it wasn't good and over priced I had mixed feelings. When a meetup group scheduled a lunch here I thought I'd give it a try before planning to go with my husband and having a bigger tab. Meh, nothing special about their Sushi Lunch Combo and service was poor. For 13.95 it came with miso soup, a skimpy spicy salmon roll and 5 nigiri. We were a group of 9 in the corner and server never came around to refill beverages and the restaurant had barely any guests. My glass of water was low and I slurped the remains of melting ice when we left. Sometimes with larger groups I wonder if servers feel more relaxed about providing excellent service because they know there is a high likelihood the total tip is going to be pretty good. I am usually a very generous tipper (18-25%) but not today. No one at our table raved about their selection. If you want sushi, this isn't the place to get your "fix"!
