  • This was not what I was looking for. They were courteous when we came in and that is where things went down hill. First they had us soak our feet in this mixture, my back was arched and not comfortable to sit there for 20 minutes. Second, family style room, open walls, ceilings, etc... not soothing at all with relaxing aroma or music. I have had a lot of massages and have always disrobed, they did not have us do this. He started my massage on my head, fingers hurt and didn't like fingers in my ears at all!!! I complained about pressure, didn't understand. I am likely to think that they didn't learn at any school the techniques that were shown. I had bruises the next day on my arms and legs due to the pressure, I asked several times to not have so much pressure. Once I turned over I took my upper clothes off and oil/lotion was applied, hot rocks were brought out and burned me. He then proceeded to rub off the lotion on my upper back and rubbed me raw. I left this place feeling more stressed out and sore than when I arrived.
