rev:text	MANNY GARCIA is a HORRIBLE manager. Ive been trying to get a hold of Manny Garcia for 3 days now. Spoke to one lady on thursday about an issue and she told me only manny can help me and gave me the number to reach him. She said she will leave a message for him to contact me and I did provide my cell phone number. I called the number she gave me which was the same number I called in the beginning 623-455-6280. I spoke to another lady who said he is not available but she will leave my name and contact info for him so he can call me back. Comes Friday I haven't heard from Manny Garcia yet so I call again and was told he is not available and they would leave a message for him to call me back, they took my information as well. Come Saturday I call at 7:21 central time and was told he will be in the office in 30mins and will leave him a message to contact me back. Now its 9:00 central time I call back and Manny Garcia picks up. I told him the situation and told him that the was a lien put on my unit today and I have been trying to call him since thursday. Manny did not care what I had to say and he accused me on being late on my payments multiple time and theres nothing he can do. I told him this was my first time being late because I moved out of the state due to an emergency situation but able to pay dec and jan rent now. He said Jan rent isn't due until tomorrow and I can pay $232.79 for Dec. or I can pay $150 and pick up my stuff now. No accountability with this guy manny or the company. Spend your money else where. Someone who respect your business, not someone who confrontational. MANNY GARCIA is a HORRIBLE MANGER AND DISRESPECTFUL
