  • I'm having a hard time giving this review because it's not a reflection of the business owners; but more about the workers. There's definitely a lack of communication. We had an appointment his past Saturday to have laminates placed in 3 bedrooms and carpet in a fourth. The workers showed up 2 hours later than the appointment time. They only completely finished 2 bedrooms. They left our house at 9pm. They rescheduled to finished the work today. Tuesday. Just 3 days later. They were supposed to have been here at 9am. It's now 12:45pm and they're still not here. 3 hours past our appointment time today. I called the store and was told they were in Gastonia getting our carpet since the wrong measurements were cut last Saturday. Why question is....If you knew his last week--why did you wait until this morning to go have the carpet cut?? I took off work today to have this done and I could have been at work until they were prepared. The work is nice but I'll never use them again or recommend them. My time is more valuable and a simple phone call would have sufficed. I had to make the call to inquire on there whereabouts. Not to mention..they left mallots, hammers and personal clothing behind. Never again.
