  • I've been here for 3 things involving my car and have been very satisfied each time. The first was just a quick purchase of a part. The second time I needed a new part and they gave me the right one. My friend who was helping me thought they got it wrong and had me go back to exchange it. After realizing the first part was the right one, I went back again. Each time the service was fast, courteous and helpful. Lastly, i was having battery problems. My car had needed a boost a few times in a week. Suspecting the alternator was ok, and the battery was the issue, they happily did a battery test right there for me and had the right size battery immediately available, with a couple of options for pricing choice. I've had nothing but good experiences with Napa, and will definitely return.
