Unfortunately my husband and I did not feel welcomed at this coffee house today :/
One would at least expect to hear "welcome" like one does at EVERY other business in Waxhaw. Too time consuming to greet customers? SAD :(
The young gal at the register taking the orders was a bit cold and disconnected. Not very conducive for those who are patronizing the coffeehouse for the 1st time. Moreover, never bothered to ask IF we had ANY questions :(
I can assure you ALL the other merchants in Waxhaw have been "EXTREMELY" welcoming.
The tea was OK, the coffee was decent, based on the overall level of customer service will continue to search for a more inviting atmosphere.
*Point of attention:
Don't assume "EVERY" patron that walks into your place of business is a regular! NEW patrons should feel equally as welcomed.
