  • Worst experience every. Me and my mom are traveling in from Chicago doing our last minute shopping and we love Ross so we stopped by all the ones in Vegas. While when we stopped here we got harassed by them and there employees. That we can't bring our bags with us that we came in with. So none of the 4 other Rosses I went to had an problem with any of it. But this one. I asked where is that policy at and they couple not tell me. I asked for it in writing they did not have it. I work in corporate and anything we have to implement anything for our customers we have it in writing. So rude and did not even offer to help us out. So I called the road I just left from on the strip and asked about the policy the manager told me she did not know anything about it. So now I'm think mf because me and my mom can in and we are BLACK WITH BAGS being targeted. If 3 other stores I called don't have the policy and this one does what does that tell you. Attached are receipts from the purchases done that day spent over 500$ at 3 stores to get treated like shit. Thanks ORA for you to be an manager your customer service skills suck.
