rev:text	You see all those photos? Dramatic twilight, glistening pools and interior decorated upgraded units? Yeah the complex doesn't look like that at all in real life. Its below average at best, dirty and ghetto at worst. Behind the megacomplex is a giant endless parking lot where you'll most likely be parking (they don't show you that on the tour). Its very much like the walmart parking lot just a few blocks away. Watch out for all the slow-walkers with boom boxes and what seems like thousands of speed bumps. The garbage dumpsters are overflowing with matresses and rotten food. Prepare to dodge chihuahua and pitbull dog poop constantly. Look a bit harder and you can rent much, much better for what they're asking for these apartments. My electricity was three times higher than anywhere else I've lived. My airconditioning would run nonstop and parts of my apartment would not cool down in the summer heat. Also, the fees! Nickled and dimed to death. Really? 29 cents for "community gas" for the grills? A company that doesnt actively hate its tenants would just build it into the price. Not only are there fees, but there's a set up fee and a special monthly fee for the company that charges you all the fees! Anything on my patio that wasn't bolted down would go missing including 5 gallon water jugs. Its the worst place I lived in 13 years in the Phoenix area. Its one of the worst places I've lived EVER. And I've lived in some pretty sketchy parts of LA and Chicago. EDIT Someone responded to my Yelp review with their number. When I called I got an out-of-state corporate general voicemail box and no one responded to the message I left. That was weeks ago.
