Set an appointment for an oil change in the morning, came in expecting to be in and out. The guy said I had to wait over an hour before they can get to me, because the shop wasn't ready. Why allow customers to set appointments if the shop can't operate on the agreed time? I don't blame the mechanics. The leadership should get the boot for bad business practice.
Manager called us back the same day and was able to clear up the situation. We are appreciative of his customer service and will be back to try this place out again.
