  • This company is extremely corrupt. Several tenants in a particular building have reported theft and unauthorized entry of staff members into their apartments. When the administration was contacted, they immediately played the messages to the individual suspected of illegal activity. Then tenants were never given no proper response from the company. Additionally, they were told that it was illegal for the tenants to discuss issues amongst each other (obviously BS). Since the problem was never resolved, the tenants continued to report suspicious activity, and now the management is telling the tenants that they will face eviction and/or are not eligible to renew their lease. All in all, there is too much suspicious activity and coverups going on. The tenants do not feel safe in their apartments, and I do not recommend this corporation to anyone searching for housing in Pittsburgh.
