  • Firstly, the buses are never on time. Second, the people who take this greyhound are sketchy and probably all on drugs. But the worse part is the staff. From the bus drivers to the people who work inside. They are all terrible. I don't know if they just aren't used to having normal people or wether or not their training lacked customer service basics. I'd rather take the 50$ shuttle from tucson to Phoenix than this bus ever ever again
