Worst customer service EVER! Very frustrated with getting my account terminated, we've been clients for almost 20 years but we moved 9 months ago (!) and have a softwater system. Well, we cancelled the account 9 months ago, we still have 8 empty bottles and we had a $20 balance on the account. The rep suggests we just leave it the money on the account and once they pick up the bottles the account should be settled.
They never picked up the bottles, every time I call I'm put on hold, promised supervisors will call back, this never happens. They don't respond to emails and the only way to get through to them is their stupid 800 number. In the mean time my account accumulated $10/month late fees and has been submitted to the bureau of collections.
A nightmare! A ding on my credit unless I dispute it in writing. WTH! This is their fault and now I have to write a letter?!
Don't get involved with them. Another annoying thing is that the drivers get into some kind of contest so they try to up sell you additional products. I'm so frustrated and angry with this company.
