  • Hate to leave bad reviews, but customer service is really important to me. Window tech called around 10 am to say he was 40 minutes away. Waited till noon and finally we contacted him to see if they were still coming. Got a response at one (an hour later) that it was going to be another hour and a half. I would not have minded if they would have contacted us to let us know they were running behind. Cancelled and found another company ....................................................................'m The truth. Called at 7 am to tell that it was wrong car. Texted at 10:20 to get eta...said at that time 40 minutes till he arrives. Noon still no arrival. Text to get eta and now another hour and a half. Response from owner... "Thanks for your address" And "karma is a bitch". Keep all text and calls from this company..... Very scary.
