  • If you enjoy people being rude this is the place for you. We have been with State Farm for 30 years, moved to Phoenix from Albuquerque, NM where we had the best agents ever. Lisa claims she has good service, if this is good service . I would like to see bad. Don't dare try to file a claim, even thought you have never had one. They will tell You they don't just write out checks. Do yourself a favor , keep looking. They don't care if you have been with them a hundred years, that just doesn't matter. So therefore, I feel I owe to the general public a chance to run from this agent and her staff. (with the exception of Carol) I give credit where it is due. But bad service starts from the top.
