  • My car wasn't there when I arrived, BUT it did arrive very shortly thereafter. It was not what I expected, but I got a free upgrade. I had rented a full size car because of luggage and additional passengers. Instead I got a SMALL SUV, a Nissan Juke. Cargo space is VERY limited when you have additional passengers. This is not an upgrade, but a "side-grade" or something else. I did like driving that car and it got pretty dang decent mileage. It didn't have much range, tho. I'd be lucky to get 250 miles on a tank. I returned the car on a Sunday, and the office is closed (I knew this ahead of time). There's a drop box for your keys. That worked just fine, and I got a receipt via email the next day.
