  • I think the first time I came to the location was a tough day for the employees. I gave it another try since the manager actually cared to reply to my review which I always see as a sign of active improvement on their part. This time I ordered online and the food was ready even before it was supposed to be. I was in and out quick and easy and the food was very good. Averaged out Rachel's kitchen is probably a 3.5 star restaurant but a high one at that.
