I have had wellness plans on my dogs for years. They are quick to collect money for the plans, but when you really need to get your pet in when there is an issue, they tell you they can't see them they have an emergency. This has happened several times. I end up taking the pet to the emergecny vet to get treated which is very expensive. If you are going to have an animal hospital you staff to the need, not turn away an animal. Its not all about profit, its about caring for a pet. Imagine if they went to the hospital and were told, we have an emergency we can't see you for several days. I bet that wouldn't go over well with them. They need to be in the business of caring for animals. Its time to find another vet to care for my animals, one that cares. You call the coprorate office and they tell you they will write it up and the hospital leadership will call. Well still waiting for that.
