  • My husband and I were very disappointed in the service we received here. We are huge fans of Samurai (on sunset and marks) and had heard that Osaka was very similar. It being closer to our house, we decided it was worth a try and regretted it greatly. We waited in the front to be seated for 20 minutes. There was nobody else waiting and no staff member at the hostess stand. My husband had to go into the dining area 3 times to get someone's attention. There were maybe 4 other groups in the entire restaurant so there so no reason for such negligence. Once we were seated we continuously had to flag down staff members so that we could place our order, then once the food finally came it was subpar. As if that wasn't bad enough, they are incredibly costly. I don't mind paying a lot for good food and good service but this was not deserving of it's price tag in the slightest. No plans of every returning to this disappointing establishment.
