I ordered a same day large BIRTHDAY arrangement this morning before 11am. A celebratory gift to welcome home and help celebrate my brother who was discharged from the hospital today on his actual birthday. I had to change the delivery location from the hospital to his home with the initial E.A but was told they transferred my order to another shop that serviced his home zip code and told that AFTER my 5th! followup call and an hour before the last deliveries were out. I had to call the 2nd shop they transferred my order to and was reassured that the arrangement was en route ALREADY and should be made before 6pm.
Well, it's 830PM and NO DELIVERY was made! The shops are closed. The 1-800 is of NO HELP, the online tracking system reflects "Arranging Your Order Now" STILL and NO ONE has followed up to advise any updates so, guess they closed up shop and decided no deliveries are this important to be made and the customer doesn't matter and will have to wait another day. What a waste of $$$ even with the coupon discount code located online and applied. I'll be calling for retribution tomorrow with no tolerance of nonsense apologies if they even think it's important enough to make because they missed the SPECIAL occasion date--and I wouldn't be surprised IF they delivered it to the wrong home. I won't know till tomorrow. There's NO EXCUSE the delivery wasn't made and it's very disappointing the arrangement wasn't home to await and greet my brother and family as planned on his BREAKING FREE day from the hospital and ON his birthday..BOO!! 2 THUMBS down and SHAME ON YOU Edible NOT--I could've used a more reliable business--NEVER again!
