I used to come here often because the staff is really nice and helpful. I don't go here anymore because management refuses to listen to the customer. Long wait times in part due to the archaic systems (pen and paper only) they have in place paired with waiting in line just to grab a bottle of juice behind a newbie taking vape instruction from a staff member is just ridiculous. Too many options these days. I've found much better places that incorporate today's technology (entering a phone number for rewards on a small kiosk for example) to help get the customer on their way. Do yourself a favor and find a different vapor shop.
