  • My 16yr old daughter received a root canal by Dr Nyguen today. Throughout the procedure she was crying, flinching and moaning in pain. Never once did Dr Nyguen stop to ask what was wrong. When the procedure was over she told me only her tongue was numb. Can you imagine the pain? I went back into the office to express my concern and asked why they didnt stop and ask her what was wrong? Dr Nyguen response was "it is better to hurry up and get it done". With a lobby full of patients, maybe hurrying up was better for him but very traumatizing for my daughter. Shame on you Dr Nyguen for not having more compassion and concern for your patient. As a former Dental Assistant and having had extensive dental work myself, I know first hand your "hurry up and get it done" attitude was for nobody's benefit but your own and completely unnecessary. Never will I place my daughter in your care again. EVER!
