  • I really enjoyed everything about Julian Serrano. The food was outstanding. The service was exceptional. And the atmosphere (where we were seated) was great. My wife and I both ordered about 4 items apiece and everything was wonderful. The tuna carpaccio, tenderloin and crab and lobster fideau (?) were especially memorable. The only thing that missed was the ceviche. Our server was excellent. I wish I remembered his name because he deserved credit. The atmosphere in the back part of the dining room was classy and elegant. If we had been up front near the casino floor, it may have been different but we weren't. It was expensive but relative to Vegas, not that bad. Smiley face and a star!
