  • Somehow, U-Haul became synonymous with do-it yourself moving. It must be this brand-name inertia that keeps people coming back here because the actually process of renting a truck is painful. Long lines, unhelpful employees, and a spotty track record for keeping reservations. There has to be an alternative.
