  • A hotel is really only as nice as it is clean. No matter how fancy the lobby looks and regardless of what brand of coffee/soap/water they provide. If the bathroom in the hotel room is gross, the hotel is gross. Please see pictures for details. Aside from the cleanliness, the guest service is prompt and responsive. Housekeeping stops by a few times a day to replenish as needed. They are generous with the (starbucks) coffee and provided to go cups which is nice. But since there is no complimentary breakfast or coffee in the lobby this feels like the least they can do. From now on I will definitely check yelp before booking a hotel. This community certainly has a better feel for quality than the other hotel rating sites/apps.
