I had an appointment set up for 12:00pm for today. I walked in the day before and made the appointment with the receptionist.
I come in the day of my appointment about 1/2 hour before my scheduled time for my exam to fill out paperwork.
I'm sitting in the very small and limited seating waiting area..
More than 1/2 hour goes by and the receptionists take 5-6 other people as walk ins..
3 people that were taken in AFTER I checked in were pre tested while I still sat and waited.
I check the time again...a full hour has gone by.
I get up and ask how many more patients are ahead of me and how much longer am I going to wait since my appt was already past it's time..
The receptionist looks at the list and says that there are still 5 more patients ahead of you..
I say this is ridiculous. I just saw you take in all these walk ins and I made an appt a day in advance.
The receptionist says oh the Dr. Is usually pretty quick since we have to close the office for lunch. But he's taking his time with the recent patients..and doesn't even apologize!
I am absolutely baffled by this type of organization! If patient aren't seen at the time of appointment, what is the point in making them?
Absolutely HORRID customer service!!
