  • So like a few people I purchased a Groupon for a mani-pedi the morning of my late-afternoon appointment my daughter ended up in the emergency room , so I called at 7 a.m. to reschedule my appointment only to find out the day before my appointment they had already redeemed my Groupon and told me that they would no longer honor it. Marie who was extremely rude used profanity and proceeded to cut me off when talking, started yelling at me gave no empathy or customer service in regards to my situation. I immediately called Groupon reported them and had my Groupon cancelled and refunded. When I asked to speak with the manager I was told that she was the manager and if I didn't like it was my problem and I could call back as many times as I wanted with no avail. I go to school as all the time and I've never seen such poor customer service I honestly feel bad for the students that have to deal with these crazy instructors!
