The food is 4/5 but the service is a zero. We phoned an hour before our reservation to confirm they had Gluten-free crust. When we arrived, they had none and the owner chided us for not asking if they had gluten-free crust "today". By then we'd ordered drinks so we decided to work around it. Ten minutes after finishing our appetizers we could see that our pizzas weren't in the oven and the chef was on his phone. Our server, in this case the owner, had forgotten to put our order in. She promised us ice cream on the house. Of course, it never came. We reminded the owner, but after waiting ten minutes, we paid and left. Really, how long does it take to scoop ice cream? An hour long meal stretched out over an excruciating two hours.
If you go, try to ensure that your server isn't the owner who is too distracted and too quick to blame staff and customers when things go wrong.
