| - Omg. I don't normally write bad reviews but this HAS to be said. My roof leaked last year causing alot of damage to my interior. Per my insurance, they sent All American. Damir came over and LITERALLY said to me, "What do you want done? Insurance will cover it." So we made arrangements to redo the kitchen ceiling, take some old school shelves out of the guest bedroom which had the most damage, and to replace the flooring. The kitchen turned out great, but everything else including the workers turned out like shit.
Let's start with the workers. Oh... wait.. I mean WORK-ER. One guy was here Mon-Fri by himself doing all the work. There was another guy once in awhile here but he sat on his ass, or didn't show up. Then, the worker who was doing all the work, had to be let go from the job because he brought his kids to my house while I was at work. They were going door to door ringing door bells and causing my neighbors to become upset enough to call me at work to complain. I was dicked around alot by "another boss" telling me that I was responsible for the electrician costs. Um NO. I was told by the owner that EVERYTHING would be covered by insurance. So they apparently had to "eat that cost."
Now lets discuss the actual work itself. As I said, kitchen is beautiful. No complaints about that at all. What I am complaining about is the shotty work that was done to the flooring, and my guest room. As you can see from the photos, the shelves in the guest room were indeed taken out, and as part of the repair contract, that room was supposed to be fixed up and painted. THERE ARE GIANT HOLES IN MY WALL NOW. Nothing was done to that room besides the flooring. The work was done in December, and it is now April. I do not live in a high traffic household with children or dogs, so please tell me how in 4 months, the grout and flooring are already coming apart? (photos)
And let's make it worse shall we? I JUST got a call to pay the deductible for the insurance which is $450 bucks. 4 MONTHS AFTER THE "WORK" WAS DONE. I sure as hell do not have 450 bucks just sitting around, do you? So I told them I would pay as much as I can and was told I have 2 months to pay it off. Fine. So I threw $100 at them to get started. Bastards sent a certified letter placing a lien on my house! After I already agreed to pay!!!! What the hell kind of shit is that!? I now have to in the future pay someone else to come in and fix their mistakes.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. 4 months and my floors look like crap because they had ONE GUY cutting and laying the tile. Omg I cannot express how much I regret using this company. And also, the work began in NOVEMBER. 2 weeks my ass. Try over a month and it still wasn't completely done.
Update: I just wanted to let everyone know to be careful about posting negative reviews about the company. The owner tried to contact me via phone and I ignored his calls because I had nothing to say to him. He showed up to my house unexpectedly on a Saturday afternoon because I "wouldn't return his calls," and he wanted to talk about this review. That was a very intimidating move on his part and very aggressive. If this company comes anywhere near my house again, I will call the police and file a report.
