  • Still standby everything I've said. The five stars is strictly for Ricky. He's been beyond helpful since the day we moved in. My work schedule is all over the place and he was very understanding and easy to work with when it came to moving out. I appreciated that if there was something concerning our apartment he'd notify us on coming into the office or to call him at at our earliest convenience, and when we'd get there he's the one assisting us. It's nice having one point of contact instead of playing the "well she said/ he said" game or having to reiterate your situation.
