  • Excellent Pho at a very reasonable price. Stumble upon this place on East 4th during an overcast day. We thought it was the perfect time to grab some pho to warm us up. We're originally from new york so we had high expectations for pho and this place met all of them. They had a good selection of pho and it definitely hit the spot. The restaurant had plenty of seating and a clean interior. Service was fast and the food was good, can't ask for anything else! Would definitely come back here and now I recommend it to everyone visiting from outside of Cleveland!
