  • Always expect to wait 1-2 hours for service. Front desk staff did not have good customer service skills. I can never reach anyone by phone and you can only make appointments on their not so friendly website. If you are able to make an appointment, you may get in faster. I got there at 715am and I explained my daughters blood work had to be done by 10am, also she had an ultrasound scheduled for 840am. By 830 we were still waiting. I then had to become aggressive to get my orders back to use for another day. Very frustrating!
