  • I purchased a 2003 BMW M3 convertible from these guys. The first car they sold me had been in a major accident -- my mechanic, whom I have been going to for 4 years, found this out. Additionally, my mechanic noted that all of the fault codes on the on-board diagnostic computer had been cleared, something he has never seen before. Who knows what was wrong with the car (which, I should add, was still on their lot as of a week ago even though this all took place two months ago). I returned the vehicle to Benz/"Beemer" and asked to dissolve the contract. They refused, initially stating that the CarFAX was clean and they had done nothing wrong. How their "certification" process could miss the underside damage remains a mystery. I had to file a BBB complaint against them before they would do anything. They found another M3 with less mileage which I was all but forced to take. The current M3 has already undergone $1500 in repairs (broken door control module, rear speakers didn't work, roof leaks) and was given to me overflowing with oil. Stay away from this dealership.
