Giving it one star. Placed an online order at 8 am, walked in around 8:05. Pretty crowded. Nothing crazy. Three workers. One male at the register, one girl working it all and one batista. My drink wasn't on the shelf so I stood next to the pick-up area and I waited. And I waited. The batista was asking multiple people what they had, but never me. Those people got their drinks and left. I continued to wait. And I notice two other people waiting for what seemed longer than most. But they weren't asked either.
And then at 8:17, she turns behind the counter, hidden from view were FOUR drinks that were from online orders. FOUR. She had been making them and just setting them there. No mentioning of names. No signs indicated this was happening. When I order at any other Starbucks, they set them on the counter and have a sign. This one did neither. Luckily because there are three or four within a mile of this one, I won't need to return.
She tried to explain that they don't set drinks up on the counter. But she never quite explained why she never called out names or repeated this was happening. Two other people quickly got their drinks as I left angry.
