  • I really wish I had something nice to say about this location. But every time I go in there I have the worst service everything is very inconsistently made they are rude and no one actually knows how to make ice cream. send it tonight I went in there and ordered a large ice cream to receive a small ice cream in a large cup which I paid six dollars for, with the mix ins of a small. I've been to enough cold stones to know how they make ice cream. And this one does not know how. To see some training done for their employees would be nice maybe some more consistency throughout the group.
